The Shops at Merrick Park in Coral Gables is getting another new tenant – one with a growing presence in the area.
We’ve learned that a Joe & The Juice coffee shop and restaurant will be opening on the second level of the outdoor shopping center.
It’s going into a space right next door to the Equinox fitness center.
Joe & The Juice was founded in 2002 in Copenhagen and serves coffees, juices, sandwiches, and more.
It’s been spreading around the world and the U.S. including 14 locations in Florida according to the company’s website. There are a handful in the greater Miami area.
In the triangle of the Gables, the Grove and South Miami – there is only one at the moment – at The Plaza Coral Gables on Ponce de Leon Boulevard.
However, as The Burn Miami reported exclusively back in May, another Joe & The Juice is in the works for South Gables, specifically at 1536 South Dixie Highway.
And now a yet another Gables store will open at Merrick Park. It’s an abundance of riches for fans of the Joe brand.
