The new MELI Frozen Yogurt shop has officially opened in the South Gables/ South Miami area – and The Burn Miami stopped by to check it out.
The new sweet shop is located at 6601 South Red Road just off South Dixie Highway.
That’s the spot where The Hollywood Donut Factory used call home, right next door to the 3 Chefs and a Chicken restaurant.
Last week, The Burn Miami was the first to report that MELI was taking over the space.
A small line was there over the lunch hour Wednesday with customers ordering MELI’s signature “no sugar added” froyo with a variety of toppings.
Currently, this is the second location for the brand after the original one, which opened in Miami Shores in 2025.
