The new Bonsai Sushi restaurant on Miracle Mile in the Gables will be opening soon – and we’ve got a sneak peek inside.
Construction has been underway for several months now on the space at 111 Miracle Mile.
That spot used to be the longtime home to the Chicken Kitchen restaurant – and as you can see, it’s been given a major makeover.
It will be the second Bonsai Sushi in South Florida after a location in Doral opened in 2024. That restaurant can be found at 10832 Northwest 58th Street.
The Bonsai menu is extensive and includes dishes such as the Bangkok Rack of Lamb, Beef Grill Toban Yaki, a Thai Seafood Soup, Shrimp Lollipops, and Truffle Spiced Edamame. You can see the full Bonsai Sushi menu here.
The company hasn’t announced the opening date for the Gables location yet, but as you can see in the interior photo, it looks like everything is just about ready – and we know the hiring of staff is underway.
On social media, Bonsai Sushi has been teasing it will be opening its doors soon.
