Exciting news for Coral Gables as a new restaurant is in the works from a local Michelin-starred Chef.
We’ve learned that Chef Evan Burgess is preparing to open a new establishment called Yonder in the city’s downtown.
It will be coming to 2526 Ponce de Leon Boulevard.
Yonder is taking over the space that was previously home to the Casa Terra restaurant. As reported here on The Burn Miami, Casa Terra closed down a few months back.
Burgess is perhaps best known as one of the creators of EntreNos, a Michelin-starred pop-up restaurant in Miami Shores that closed last year.
Now, Burgess is focusing his talents on Yonder, which will specialize in contemporary American cuisine. Other details about the menu and concept are still under wraps.
Yonder is expected to open sometime next year.
