A new smash burger restaurant on the edge of Coral Gables has officially opened for business. We’re talking about the first-ever Star Burger location.
It was just a couple of weeks back that The Burn Miami first told readers about Star Burger. Now, it’s opened its doors at 4901 Southwest 8th Street.
That’s just on the north side of 8th Street near the intersection with Granada Boulevard and Southwest 49th Avenue.
The menu at Star Burger focuses on their curated lineup of burgers as well as Texas chili, French fries, and their signature fried pickles. You can see the full menu here.
The team behind Star Burger hopes that this will be the first of multiple locations in South Florida and possibly beyond.
