Midori Fresh Natural Foods & Juices – a fast-casual restaurant serving up all kinds of healthy sounding items – is getting ready to open a new location in South Miami.
Midori Fresh is a new tenant on the ground floor at the Vox apartment complex at 7025 Southwest 59th Place.
The brand got its start in 2014 and, according to its website, there is currently a Midori Fresh location on North Bayshore Drive in Miami.
Now they are coming to SoMi and bringing with them a menu full of items such as the Green Toast with avocado, spinach, sesame seeds, olive oil, salt and pepper.
There’s also Brown Chicken Wrap with grilled chicken breast, brown rice, quinoa, tomatoes, sweet peppers, egg whites, low-fat mozzarella, and the brand’s Midori dressing.
Besides a variety of other toasts, wraps, and pita sandwiches, they also have salads, açai bowls, and smoothies.
Right now, construction is underway on the space so it will be a little while until Midori Fresh is ready to open in South Miami. So stay tuned.
