A new soft serve ice cream and frozen yogurt shop is coming to downtown Coral Gables. It’s got an unusual name – 16 Handles.
16 Handles is moving into the vacant spot at 270 Miracle Mile. That’s the former home of Snow’s Jewelers.
The sweet shop brand has a motto of “Let The Good Times Swirl” and it has a menu filled with both traditional and unique modern flavors.
We’re talking everything from Arriba Coffee to Birthday Cake, Butter Beer to Black Matcha, Cotton Candy to Dubai Chocolate, Eggnog, and Dune Spice.

The brand was created in New York City in 2008. The name apparently comes from the 16 main rotating flavors that the shops carry.
The temporary signage is up on the windows at the Miracle Mile location, but no word yet when the store will open.
