A new restaurant is in the works for downtown Coral Gables – one that specializes in “real” food and serves up health conscious fare.
It’s called NU Real Food and it’s reportedly taking a spot somewhere along Miracle Mile. The exact location hasn’t been announced yet.
According to its website, there is one NU Real Food location so far in Miami on Buena Vista Boulevard.
The brand is working with the Comras Company to identify new locations including Coconut Grove, Brickell, and elsewhere.
And it looks like they may have found their spot in the Gables.
We’ve reached out for more information. It sounds like the NU Real Food team is aiming for an early fall opening on Miracle Miles, but other details haven’t been released.
At NU Real Food, customers choose from a protein such as organic chicken thigh, grass-fed NY strip, and wild tuna tataki and then choose veggies, grains, and sauces to finish up the plate.
