The new Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza restaurant is just weeks away from opening its latest location, this time in Coral Gables.
A manager at the location told us the restaurant is planning to open the last week in June.
The Burn Miami first broke the news more than a year ago that Mister O1 was coming to the Gables.
It’s moving into a spot at 110 Alhambra Circle. That’s right around the corner from Bouchon Bistro and the Shingo Japanese omakase restaurant.
We took a peek in the open front door and the space is all built out inside and new staff members were undergoing training.
The fast-growing Mister O1 brand has 25 locations open or in the works in Florida, with additional spots in Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas.
