At long last, Flight West has opened its doors in South Miami. The elegant new restaurant has been in the works for more than a year.
The Burn Miami first told readers about Flight West in May 2025 and its plans to open at 5894 Sunset Drive.
Now, the restaurant has quietly opened – getting in some reps in before a grand opening celebration scheduled for July.
With the opening, we also have our first look at the Flight West menu.
From a Green Goddess salad to a Tuna Tartare appetizer, from Miso Butter Corn and Maine Lobster Dip to Oysters, Garlic & Herb Mussels, a Prime New York Strip, and Smoked Baby Back Ribs – Flight West has something for every appetite.
