Unfortunate news to report as a downtown Coral Gables restaurant has closed its doors less than a year after opening.
It appears that Casa Terra at 2526 Ponce de Leon Boulevard is closed for good.
The Burn Miami first told readers about Casa Terra opening last September. The restaurant specialized in Mediterranean-inspired health food including no seed oils, no refined sugars, and no processed foods.
The restaurant space has been cleared out, signage removed, and the Google listing for Casa Terra says permanently closed.
No word on what future establishment might open in the now vacant space.
