A new sushi restaurant is in the works for South Miami – and it’s a name that’s surely familiar to many residents in South Florida.
Sushi Sake has announced it will be opening its latest location at 5829 Southwest 73rd Street.
If that address rings a bell for sushi fans, it’s because it’s the former home of Kiko Sushi. It was just a few weeks ago that we told readers about the closing of Kiko Sushi.
Sushi Sake has more than 40 locations from West Palm Beach down to the Keys, with most of them centered here in the Miami area.
The restaurant serves sushi plus much more – including soups, noodles, salads, various fried rices, and hibachi dishes as well.
No official word yet when Sushi Sake in SoMi will open, but it should be soon. The hiring of staff is already underway – so stay tuned.
