Grand Public Kitchen & Bar, the grand new restaurant overlooking the heart of Coconut Grove, has officially opened for business – and we’ve got a first look at its full menu.
The Burn Miami was the first media outlet to break the news about Grand Public coming to the Grove back in February.
It took over the former Planta Queen space on the second floor of CocoWalk, directly above the Chop steakhouse.
The cuisine at Grand Public is described as “modern American” with “coastal influences” and now we have our first look at the menu.
Appetizers include Hamachi Crudo, Butter Poached Lobster Cargot, and Bang Bang Chicken Bites.

Larger dishes include a Truffle Mushroom Flatbread, a classic French Dip, Lemon Fettuccini, a Steak Frites, and a Mediterranean Branzino.
There are also salads, sushi rolls, desserts, and – of course – a full bar. You can see more of the Grand Public menu below.
