After more than a year of anticipation, the new Buccan-led complex of restaurants is ready for prime time in downtown Coral Gables.
As The Burn Miami has been reporting, the popular Palm Beach restaurant Buccan has been working on a new space at 100 Miracle Mile.
This past weekend, the first of three new restaurant concepts started service there.
First out of the gate is Buccan Sandwich Shop, a gourmet sandwich purveyor offering such treats as the Buccan Steak Bomb, the Cubano 2.0, and the Smoked Yellowfin Tuna Salad.
We’re told the full-service restaurant Buccan will be up next offering Hamachi Tiradito, Grilled Carrot Salad, Short Rib Empanadas, and Shawarma Marinated Local Swordfish among many other dishes.
Buccan is scheduled to open on Friday, May 22. You can see the full menu here.
Finally, Imoto – a modern Japanese and Asian eatery – will be the last piece of the puzzle. It is scheduled to open on Monday, June 8.
The new Gables menu for Imoto features Peking Duck Tacos, Tuna Tartare, and an A5 Wagyu Ribeye.
