The new 1986 Steak House coming to Coconut Grove has officially confirmed its opening date. The big day will be Monday, May 4.
Of course, regular readers of The Burn Miami knew this was coming. We first broke the news about plans for 1986 Steak House in the Grove more than a year ago – in early April 2025. And we’ve been following its progress ever since.
Located in the Mayfair in the Grove center, the restaurant’s address is 2911 Grand Avenue. That’s right across the breezeway from Carbone Vino.
With opening day right around the corner, the new Argentinian style steakhouse is also sharing some sneak peek images of the elegant interior – including the dining room and the bar.
We’re told the menu at 1986 includes a variety of premium steak cuts, as well as seafood, including octopus and lobster tails.
