Some unfortunate news to report in Coral Gables. That’s where the 100 Montaditos restaurant has apparently closed after less than a year in business.
As reported here on The Burn Miami, the new Gables outlet of the local 100 Montaditos chain opened at 327 Alhambra Circle last June.
Now, the restaurant has apparently closed for good. The doors are locked, the sign is gone, and its Google listing says “permanently closed.”
A small “for lease” sign now sits in the window.
The restaurant, which specializes in 100 different varieties of miniature sandwiches, has six locations in the area, according to its website. They are on Coral Way, in Doral, Miami Lakes, Midtown, Pembroke Pines, and West Kendall.
The Coral Gables location is no longer listed on the company’s page.
The brand previously had a location on Miracle Mile in the Gables.
