A restaurant known for its large selection of steaks is relocating to Coral Gables and moving into a prominent location.
We’re talking about The Wagyu Bar from the team at Meat N’Bone, a Florida butcher shop brand with locations around the state.
Until recently, The Wagyu Bar was located on Coral Way. Now, it is on the move and headed to 4019 South Le Jeune Road right across the street from Coral Gables High School.
If that address rings a bell, that’s because it was the longtime home of Caffe Vialetto, which closed last year.
The Wagyu Bar will take over the space and bring its menu filled with Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, Grilled Bone Marrow, Ribeyes, New York Strips, Filet Mignons and much more. You can see the restaurant’s menu here.
The folks at The Wagyu Bar said they could be ready to open in the Gables in the next week or so if all goes smoothly.
Meanwhile, the former Wagyu Bar location at 2257 Coral Way has been converted into the latest Meat N’ Bone Boutique butcher shop.
Inside the store, you will also find a new concept call Meat N’ Bone Kitchen – a fast-casual restaurant specializing “high-end proteins.”
“Think Steak Frites, Steak & Salad, Burgers, and one of the most ridiculous Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sandwiches you’ll ever have,” the store posted on social media.
