El Primo Red Tacos, a new Mexican restaurant headed to South Miami, has officially announced its opening date.
The big day will be this coming Tuesday, March 31.
The Burn Miami first told readers about plans for El Primo last November when we broke the news that it was coming to 5845 Sunset Drive.
The brand – which also has another location in downtown Miami at 179 East Flagler Street – is best known for its birria tacos.
“Our signature Red Tacos get their name from tortillas dipped in our savory birria broth before hitting the grill for that crispy, craveable bite,” the El Primo website reads.
Besides the tacos, there are a number of other dishes on the El Primo menu such nachos, bowls, and burgers. You can see all the menu items they offer here.
