Caldo Parche brings hearty Colombian soup to Coral Gables

A new Colombian eatery called Caldo Parche  has opened for business just north of Coral Gables. But you’ll have to look closely for it.

Caldo Parche is found inside the food incubator space on Flagler we’ve told readers about before.

It’s located at 4259 West Flagler Street where several different restaurants share a space and are geared primarily for carry out and delivery service.

Deeplicius, a deep dish pizza purveyor, is another tenant there.

The menu at Caldo Parche is centered around the Colombian dish Caldo de Costilla – a traditional, hearty beef rib soup.

Sides include an Arepa Paisa, Arroz, Pan de Queso, Chorizo, and more. You can see more on the menu below.

If we’re not mistaken, the word “parche” comes from Colombian Spanish and refers to hanging out and relaxing with a group of friends.
