The new Avo Miami restaurant coming to South Miami has officially announced its opening date. The big day will be this Sunday, January 18.
The Burn Miami first reported the news about Avo Miami expanding to SoMi back in early December.
It’s going into the building that used to be the home to the restaurant Root & Bone. That’s at 5958 South Dixie Highway.
Avo Miami – which specializes in healthy dishes with fresh ingredients – got its start on Miami Beach and then expanded to Coconut Grove last May.
Now, it’s ready to start welcoming guests in South Miami – the third location for this fast-growing local brand.
