We’ve got a sneak peek at the new flagship Chèvre gourmet sandwich shop and cheese store coming to Coral Gables.
The Burn Miami first reported the news about Chèvre’s upcoming Gables spot back in October.
This week, the Chèvre team released new details about the restaurant and renderings of what the space will look like when it opens next year at Douglas Entrance at the corner of Douglas Road and 8th Street.

“In partnership with Ficelle Bakery, the space merges buttery croissants, elevated sandwiches, artisanal pastries, and a refined new pizza program into one immersive culinary experience,” Chèvre shared on social media. “But the evolution doesn’t stop there—Chèvre is introducing an elevated bar program featuring curated wines, crafted cocktails, and luxe bites designed to carry the brand’s energy from morning through late night.”
The images include a restaurant area with cozy seating as well as a circular bar-type arrangement in the center, and an adjacent market area for cheeses and other grab-and-go items.

No opening date has been set yet, but the official word is sometime in 2026.
In the meanwhile, Chèvre will be opening a new location in Coconut Grove much sooner. As we’ve reported, the brand’s owner is building a spot at the prominent corner of Grand Avenue and Fuller Street.

There, the fromagièrs from Chèvre will be sharing a unique space with the new sales center for the Ziggurat residential building going up across the street.
That new shop should be opening time now, according to the Chèvre team.
The brand’s original location stands at 1295 Coral Way and it has a second location in downtown Miami.
