A new sushi restaurant has officially opened its doors in South Miami – and The Burn Miami has your first look at its menu.
Kinsu Nikkei Sushi is open for business at 7209 Southwest 59th Avenue. That’s the former home of the Sano Fresh health food eatery.
The Burn Miami first broke the news about Kinsu back in October. Chef Martin Monteverde is the founder, owner and operator of the new restaurant.

The menu at Kinsu includes appetizers such as Pork Gyoza, Sticky Shrimp Sui Mai, and Fried Calamari. There are also soups, salads, and a variety of ceviches.
But the focus of the menu is the sushi. There are traditional rolls such as a Rainbow Roll, a Philadelphia Roll, and a Spicy Tuna Roll. Signature rolls include a Salmon Mousse Maki and a White Tiger Maki.
There are also a huge number of nigiri dishes, as well as sashimi. Plus we can’t forget the desserts including a Key Lime Pie and Thai Donuts. You can see the entire Kinsu Nikkei Sushi menu below.
