Work underway on the Grove’s new Chèvre store

Construction is underway on the upcoming new Chèvre location in Coconut Grove.

When The Burn Miami passed by this weekend, a work crew was cleaning up the exterior of the building and the space inside was getting a makeover.

As we reported back in September, the popular sandwich shop and fromagière, is rapidly expanding with new locations – including one in the Grove.

The new store will be sharing a space with the sales center for the new residential Ziggurat building. The address is 3065 Fuller Street, which sits kitty corner from where the Ziggurat will be built.

The brand’s original location stands at 1295 Coral Way and it has a second location in downtown Miami.

Coconut Grove will be third – and as The Burn Miami reported several weeks ago, a new flagship location will be coming to Coral Gables next year.

Another location is also in the works for 2026 in West Palm Beach.

The store specializes in imported cheeses as well as other gourmet foods and has a menu of decadent European-style sandwiches.

While no official opening date for Chèvre in Coconut Grove has been announced, they are currently aiming for sometime in November.
