It’s official. The new Rò Steakhouse has officially opened its doors in Coral Gables – and now The Burn Miami has your first look at the restaurant’s elevated menu.
The beautifully appointed Rò is located at 121 Alhambra Plaza, Suite 110 with an entrance inside the lobby of the famed Alhambra Tower.
The Burn Miami first reported on Rò’s plans back in April and we were the first to report on its opening date earlier this month. Now we’ve got the the full menu to share.
The lineup includes starters such as a Bone Marrow Platter with crispy spices and black lime sauce; a Lobster Bisque made with Maine lobster, chives, and toast; and a Shrimp Carpaccio with lemon vinaigrette, chili flakes, maldon salt, and cambray onions.
Main dishes include a Pistachio Crusted Tuna, a Berkshire Pork Chop, and a Truffle Risotto. The steak menu includes a Bone-In Ribeye, a New York Strip, and a Rò Cowboy cut.
Sides include Truffle Potato Gratin, Scallions Mac & Cheese, and Garlic Mushrooms. You can check out the full Rò Steakhouse menu – including desserts – below.
