A Bolivian coffee company has launched its first cafe in the United States – and it’s in downtown Coral Gables. Alto Tostado Coffee Roasters has officially opened.
The new shop announced the news on social media Thursday evening.

The Burn Miami first broke the news about Alto Tostado coming to 374 Miracle Mile back in July. It took over the space that used to be Sundays Coffee & Bakery.
First established in 2009, the brand was nominated as one of the top 100 coffee shops in all of South America this year. It’s motto is “Bolivian Roots. World-Class Specialty Coffee.”

Besides rich brewed Bolivian coffee drinks, the cafe also offers a variety of sweet and savory baked goods and sandwiches.
Alto Tostado is open on Miracle Mile from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
