The Hollywood Donut Factory has closed its three locations in Miami-Dade, including one in Coral Gables near the University of Miami.
The Gables spot was located next door to a 3 Chefs and a Chicken restaurant at 6601 Southwest 57th Avenue. This space was previously the home to Mojo Donuts.
The news was first reported by the Miami Herald, which confirmed that two other Hollywood Donut Factory locations also closed. One was in Kendall and the other in Westchester.
The Hollywood Donut Factory continues to operate two locations in Broward – one in Fort Lauderdale and one in Hollywood.
The brand is known for its oversized doughnuts in dozens of varieties and flavors.
