(Updated) Gringo’s BBQ, a new barbecue restaurant coming to the Coral Gables area, is ready to rock and roll. The Gringo’s team has announced they will officially open this Saturday, November 1 at 4 p.m.
A week ago, The Burn Miami first broke the news about Gringo’s coming to 3693 Southwest 22nd Terrace. That’s right near where Miracle Mile ends at Douglas Road.
In a unique arrangement, Gringo’s will share space with the existing Toasted Bagelry & Deli restaurant at that address.
Since the bagel shop is only open mornings and afternoons, Gringo’s will come in and serve up is barbecue in the evenings.
Gringo’s hours will be Thursdays from 4 to 10 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from 4 to 11 p.m., and Sundays from 4 to 9 p.m.
The menu at Gringo’s BBQ will include brisket, pulled pork, ribs, chicken, and sausage. Sides will include mac & cheese, cornbread, coleslaw, and cowboy beans. You can check out the full Gringo’s menu below.
