The sign has gone up at the new location of Coral Gables’ Aromas del Perú restaurant – but the move is on hold until some final inspections take place.
Despite the delay, they are still hoping to make the big switch in the next few weeks. That’s the latest word from the folks at the popular downtown Gables’ restaurant.
Back in September, The Burn Miami was the first media outlet to report that Aromas del Perú was moving from its longtime location on Ponce de Leon Boulevard.
It has taken over the space at 110 Giralda Avenue that was previously the Osumi Cocktail & Sushi Bar which closed earlier this year.
That location is in the popular pedestrian breezeway portion of Giralda.
Fans of Aromas del Peru, fear not. We’re told the original location will stay open right up until it’s time to switch over to the Giralda spot.
