Skinny Louie, the local chain known for its smash burgers and milkshakes, continues to expand around South Florida – and beyond.
As regular readers know, a Skinny Louie restaurant opened in the Gables in May. And back in April, we broke the news about the future site of a Skinny Louie in South Miami.
We checked and that South Miami store is expected to open either late this year or in the first quarter of 2026.
Meanwhile, Skinny Louie recently announced that it has expanded its footprint inside the Kaseya Center in downtown Miami.
The home of the Miami Heat will continue to have its original Skinny Louie concession stands in Section 120 and Section 324, and, this season, it is adding two more locations – in Section 105 and Section 308.
And that’s not all – Skinny Louie will also open a dedicated Milkshake Bar in Section 124, offering the brand’s classic flavors.
According to the company’s website, Louie currently has five locations open in Florida, plus one that they recently opened one in New York City. They have nine more locations in the works, both in Florida and New York.
