A new bakery – or should we say a “new classic” bakery is in the works for Coral Gables. And that’s apparently its name as well. It will be called Neoklasik.
So far, there is little other information available, other than that it will be a “modern artisan bakery.”
Neoklasik is coming to 366 Miracle Mile. Temporary signage is already up on the windows.
That spot was previously the Èze Bistro, which closed back in the spring, as reported here on The Burn Miami.
We did find a URL for neoklasikmiami.com that was registered in May, but there’s no bakery website there yet. When you navigate to the site, you get a page with some Turkish writing on that that translates to “Launching Soon.”
We are betting this is a hint that Neoklasik will have a Turkish influence of some sort, but it’s always possible the Turkish is just an unrelated glitch. We shall see. Stay tuned and we’ll report back when we get more info.
