It was just a month ago that The Burn Miami reported on plans to for the cheese-focused shop Chèvre to open a new location in Coconut Grove.
The original target was late 2026, but now that timeline has moved up dramatically.
Chèvre has teamed up with the developers behind the new Ziggurat development in the Grove to create a sales center that is also a culinary destination.

The Zigguart project will be a three-story mixed use building offering 19 luxury residences. It’s going to go up near the intersection of Grand Avenue and Matilda Street.
It will also include a reported 40,000 s.f. of retail space and 100,000 s.f. of office space.
The sales center for Ziggurat will be across the street in a prominent corner unit at 3065 Fuller Street. And – in an unusual twist – it will feature an onsite market from the folks at Chèvre.

“At the Ziggurat Sales Center, guests will experience (Chèvre’s) signature artisan sandwiches, refined charcuterie boards, and rare wine selections in an elevated yet inviting setting,” a post on social media explained.
The new Chèvre location and the accompanying sales center are expected to open in October.
