ScandyCandy, a new Swedish candy shop on Miracle Mile, opened its doors this past weekend and a big crowd turned out for the event.
Regular readers may recall that The Burn Miami first broke the news about the ScandyCandy plans back in March.
The dream of two brothers originally from Sweden, ScandyCandy has grown from an online retailer of Scandinavian sweets to its first brick-and-mortar shop, located at 241 Mircale Mile.
Mayor Vince Lago of Coral Gables was on hand for the ribbon cutting event. A line of eager customers wound its way down the street waiting to satisfy their sweet tooths (sweet teeth?).
Congrats to the ScandyCandy team on the grand opening.
