The longtime Chicken Kitchen restaurant on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables has given up the ghost and closed its doors.
Signs on the windows of the space at 111 Miracle Mile say “Our lease expired and we are seeking a new site in the Gables.”
A peek in said windows shows that much of the furniture and fixtures inside have been moved out.
We checked the company’s website and there is no new location for Coral Gables listed yet.
In the meanwhile, the brand is directing fans who need their Chop Chop Bowl fix fast to head to two of the next nearest locations – either the store at 400 South Dixie Highway near the intersection with Le Jeune Road – or the Blue Lagoon location at 5765 Northwest 7th Street.
