A new taco joint is in the works for Coral Gables. It’s called Hijole Taqueria and its setting up shop in a unique spot.
Hijole will be located at 4259 West Flagler Street. That’s in a food incubator-type facility with several restaurant concepts under one roof, all focusing on takeout and delivery, versus dine in.
We’ve already reported on Deeplicious Pizza – and its deep dish pizzas – which is part of the same space.
Now comes word that Hijole Taquera will soon be offering its menu of tacos and Mexican food from the location.
Some of the dishes in the lineup include birria tacos, fish tacos, nachos, burritos, quesadillas, and tortas. You can see the full Hijole Taqueria menu here.
Coral Gables will be the second location for Hijole. They already have a spot at 2164 Northwest 7th Street in Miami.
No official opening date for Hijole has been announced. So far, posts to social media just say a grand opening is “coming soon.”
