It looks like a new coffee shop/cafe with its roots in Bolivia is coming to Coral Gables. It’s called Alto Tostado.
Alto Tostado Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Now, according to multiple sources, they are opening a U.S. location at 374 Miracle Mile.
That spot was previously home to Sundays Coffee & Bakery.
Help wanted ads are running for baristas and it mentions pastries and light snacks. At their Bolivian location, a variety of baked goods, sandwiches, and breakfast items are served alongside the coffees.
The Burn Miami has sent messages to Alto Tostado’s HQ for more details on the specific Miracle Mile plans, so stay tuned.
