100 Montaditos opens its doors in Coral Gables

The new 100 Montaditos restaurant in Coral Gables has officially opened its doors on Alhambra Circle.

The Burn Miami first told readers about the popular restaurant coming to the Gables back in May. It’s taken over the storefront at 327 Alhambra Circle that used to be the restaurant Tabanco.

A grand opening celebration is planned for Friday, June 27.

With the addition of the Coral Gables store, the 100 Montaditos brand now has six locations open in the greater Miami area. At least two more are in the works – one in Pembroke Pines and one on Calle Ocho.

100 Montaditos is actually an international brand originating in Spain. It now has more than 400 locations in Europe and the Americas.

A montadito is a small “bite sized” sandwich and – indeed – the menu at 100 Montaditos includes 100 different kinds of miniature sandwiches – as well as many other Spanish dishes. You can see the full food lineup below.

Years ago, Coral Gables previously has a 100 Montaditos location on Miracle Mile.
