A new gourmet pizza and Italian restaurant recently opened its doors in Coral Gables. It’s called Verace Artisan.
Verace can be found at 241 Sevilla Avenue in the Gables. It’s on the ground floor of the Del Monte HQ building.
Verace has been around since at least 2018, but it was originally a mobile pizza operator. They hauled around a beautiful wood-fired pizza oven to private parties and special events around the region.
But now, they have also decided to go the brick-and-mortar route with their new spot in the Gables.
They have all the classic pies on the menu including a Margherita, a Diavola, and a Quatro Formaggi. They also have their specialty pizzas including a Pera e Gorgonzola, a Prosciutto e Rucola, and the Truffle Prestige.
They also have appetizers, pastas, salads and – believe it or not – a nice breakfast menu as well. You can see the full Verace Artisan menu below.
