A new restaurant and bar is coming to a prominent corner along Sunset Drive in South Miami. It’s called Flight West Wine, Whiskey & Kitchen.
The Burn has learned that Flight West will open soon at 5894 Sunset Drive. That’s the former home of SIM Restaurant, a sushi and tapas eatery that recently shut its doors.
Specific details of the menu at Flight West haven’t been revealed yet, beyond the obvious bar focus on wine, whiskey and craft cocktails.
Flight West has announced that its grand opening will be Friday, August 15, starting at 6 p.m.
