(UPDATE 6-9-25: The opening of the new 100 Montaditos in Coral Gables – planned for Monday, June 9 – was postponed due to last minute issues prior to opening. The owner says they hope to be ready to open in a week or two.)
A fast-growing local restaurant brand is getting ready to open its latest location in Coral Gables. We’re talking about the Spanish restaurant 100 Montaditos.
100 Montaditos will be coming soon to 327 Alhambra Circle. It’s taking over the building that used to be home to Tabanco, another Spanish restaurant concept that was there briefly in 2024.
The Burn Miami spoke with the owner of the Gables location who said that they plan to open their doors to the public on Monday, June 9. They will be holding a grand opening celebration a few days later on Thursday, June 12.
100 Montaditos already has five locations around the Miami market, according to the company’s website.
And besides the location in Coral Gables, they are also working on new spots in Pembroke Pines and on Calle Ocho just down the street from Domino Park.
In case you aren’t familiar, a montadito is a small, almost bite-sized sandwich served in Spanish tapas bars.
And indeed, the menu at 100 Montaditos includes 100 kinds of mini-sandwiches of almost every combination imaginable. They have serrano ham, avocado, and olive oil (No. 12), fried calamari and aioli sauce (No. 62), goat cheese, turkey and arugula (No. 77), and many others.
They also have appetizers like Brava Potatoes, and Truffle Fries with Manchego Cheese, platters such as Tortilla Española and Gambas al Ajillo, salads, desserts and more. You can see the full 100 Montaditos menu below.
