Skinny Louie, the award-winning purveyor of smash burgers and milkshakes, has not one, but two new stores planned for the Gables-Grove-South Miami triangle.
The Burn Miami has already reported on the planned location in Coral Gables. A company rep said they are tentatively aiming for a May opening for that location on Giralda Avenue.
Now comes word that Skinny Louie has chosen a site for their long-planned SoMi location. It will be at 6022 South Dixie Highway, right next to the Pura Vida restaurant there.
No info yet on when it might open.
Skinny Louie has three locations so far, in Wynwood, Little Havana, and at the Kaseya Center. They will be celebrating the grand opening of their first New York City location on Friday, April 18.
Besides, the upcoming stores in the Gables and South Miami, they also have plans for more Skinny Louies in Aventura, West Palm Beach, Dania Beach, and two more in NYC.
