A steakhouse in the works for downtown Coral Gables is nearly ready to start welcoming customers. We’re told the finishing touches are being put on the new Rò Steakhouse.
Rò is coming to a space at 121 Alhambra Plaza inside the landmark Alhambra Tower.
The construction on the space is nearly finished and we’re told final permitting from the city should hopefully be wrapping up soon.
If all goes well, they are targeting an opening in early June.
So far, no details have been released on the menu – which is being prepared under the auspices of Chef Marcelo Palacios – but flame-grilled prime cuts of meat are clearly going to be the centerpiece.
