The Oakberry chain of restaurants specializing in açai bowls, smoothies, and other treats has apparently locked in a spot for a new location in South Miami.
Oakberry signage appears on the exterior windows at 6022 South Dixie Highway. It’s tucked in between The Salty donut shop and a Pura Vida restaurant.
And that same little restaurant strip is also going to be the home to an upcoming Skinny Louie hamburger joint. See our report on the Skinny Louie news here.
Oakberry was founded in Brazil and has locations across South America, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and North America. Here in Florida, there are at least 10 locations, according to the brand’s website.
As The Burn Miami reported last month, work on another new Oakberry store is underway on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables.
