Construction is in full gear on the new Zuccaly Italian Food Hall coming to downtown Coral Gables.
The new restaurant and market is opening soon at The Plaza Coral Gables on Ponce de Leon Boulevard.
The food hall will have six main components, each specializing in a different type of Italian offering.
A pasta and risotto station will offer up dishes such as Lobster Tortellini and Mushroom Risotto.
The pizza, pasta and panini station will serve fresh-baked pizza pies plus panini and focaccia sandwiches.
Over at the grill station, a variety of freshly grilled meats and fishes will be on the menu.
An antipasti and salads station will have items such as healthy salads, eggplant parmesan, and a selection of Italian cheeses.
A desserts and gelato station will provide a sweet ending to your meal, including tiramisu, panna cotta, and pistachio ice cream.
Finally, there will be a full bar onsite to provide libations during your Italian dining experience.
The Zuccaly Italian Food Hall is coming from the folks at Da Silva Hospitality Group. That’s the team that opened the popular Zucca Italian restaurant on Alcazar Avenue in the Gables in 2017.
