A new sweet shop is coming to the 1200 block of Red Road, right across the street from Coral Gables (so close enough for our purposes).
It’s going to be called Le Creme Ice Cream & Donut Cafe, according to the signage on the front windows. The exact address is 1244 Southwest 57th Avenue.
It’s just a few doors down from Certo Risto & Pizza, a family-style Italian restaurant and pizzeria.
A peek through the windows shows some equipment has been moved into the space, but otherwise it’s mostly empty — so the Le Creme team still has some work ahead of them before an opening day can be scheduled.
