Sad news to report – Èze Bistro has closed its doors in downtown Coral Gables. The French restaurant, bakery, and coffee house was located on Miracle Mile.
The Burn Miami went by the Èze location at 366 Miracle Mile this weekend and the windows are papered over and there is no signage out front. Plus, there is a “For Sale” sign in the window.
However, the restaurant’s website and Google listing are still active and the website says that Èze is only “temporarily closed.” So, perhaps they are in the process of moving to a new location. Fingers crossed.
Èze opened at its most recent location back in the spring of 2024, but it had apparently operated previously elsewhere in the Gables.
Their specialty was French comfort foods such as Onion Soup, Steak Frites, and the famous Croque-Monsieur and the Croque-Madame.
