A new health food restaurant is on its way to Coconut Grove. It looks like it will be the second location for the Avo Miami brand that debuted its first location on Miami Beach.
Avo Miami has taken a spot in the Mayfair in the Grove project across the breezeway from the Carbone Vino restaurant and right next door to the future Go Greek yogurt shop.
Avo Miami first opened on Bay Road in Miami Beach back in 2020. It describes itself thusly on its website: “Avo Miami combines organic ingredients and balanced nutrition to redefine healthy food in Miami.”
The menu at Avo has breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes. We’re talking things like a Classic Shakshuka, a Salmon Belly Brochette, Grass Fed New Zealand Lamb Chops bowl, and a Vegan Avocado Basil Fettuccini.
They also have salads, baked goods, and desserts. You can see the full Avo Miami menu here.
The folks at Avo Miami say they hope to open sometime within the next two months, so we’ll keep an eye out.
